Packer Training in Plastics Manufacturing

This Training Workshop is intended for people who have not been involved in Plastics Manufacturing before and need to be able to pack and oversee the production equipment. This in order to support the setters and quality inspectors, in order to maintain a consistent quality output at the correct speed and cost.

People who should attend:
Entire production workforce, but particularly Packers, Beginners in the plastics industry and Production Foremen / team Leaders, etc. who should become coaches for the Packers on an on-going basis.
Venue: Run in-plant only
Min / Max no of candidates: 8 / 13 learners
Duration: 20 Hours
Min entry level: All beginners in plastics manufacturing, preferably with a completed NQF Level 1 but not a prerequisite
